Content Integration Internship

Description

We’re looking for a business or marketing student who wants real-world experience making brands look sharp online. As our Marketing & Web Content Integration Intern, you’ll help keep client websites updated, support light social media work, and assist with basic branding consistency (logos, colors, messaging, and how it all shows up across the web).

This is a great fit if you like the mix of creative + organized, and you want hands-on experience with the stuff businesses actually pay for: content updates, web presence, and staying consistent across platforms.

What You’ll Do (Weekly Mix)

Website Content & Updates (primary)

  • Update website content across platforms (WordPress often, but not exclusively)

  • Create/edit pages and posts using provided copy and assets

  • Add images, adjust spacing/layout, update buttons, menus, and links

  • Refresh outdated info (hours, bios, services, photos, announcements)

  • Do quick QA checks: mobile layout, typos, broken links, consistency

Social Media Support (secondary)

  • Help draft/schedule simple posts (Facebook/Instagram/LinkedIn depending on client)

  • Turn raw notes/photos into clean, on-brand posts

  • Keep a basic posting calendar and organize assets

  • Help repurpose content (e.g., a website update → a social post)

Branding & Consistency (support)

  • Apply basic brand standards: colors, fonts, logo usage, tone/voice

  • Keep files organized (logos, photos, brand docs, templates)

  • Help create simple graphics in Canva (or similar)

Tools You Might Use

  • Website editors/CMS platforms (often WordPress, sometimes others)

  • Canva (or basic design tools)

  • Google Workspace (Docs/Sheets/Drive)

  • Social scheduling tools (varies by client)

  • Task/checklist system (to keep things moving)

Internship Details

  • Paid internship

  • In-office

  • 10–20 hours per week (flexible around class schedule)

  • Weekday availability preferred

  • Training provided — you’ll get process docs and real feedback

Requirements

  • You’re studying business, marketing, communications, or a related field

  • You have a good “brand eye” — you notice when something looks off

  • You can write clearly and keep a consistent tone

  • You’re organized and like checklists (this role rewards structure)

  • You’re comfortable learning new tools and asking questions early

  • You can balance speed + accuracy (we want polished, not rushed)

Nice to Have (Not Required)

  • Any experience posting for a club, church, small business, or personal brand

  • Basic SEO familiarity (headings, internal links, image alt text)

  • Light HTML knowledge (not required — just helpful)
