About the role

This role is a fit for a business, marketing, or communications student who wants real-world experience keeping client websites polished, organized, and consistent.

What you'll do

  • Update website content in WordPress and other website platforms.
  • Create and edit pages or posts using provided copy, images, and assets.
  • Adjust basic page layouts, buttons, menus, links, spacing, and images.
  • Refresh outdated business details, service information, bios, photos, and announcements.
  • Run quick QA checks for mobile layout, typos, broken links, and brand consistency.
  • Help draft simple social posts, organize assets, and repurpose web updates for social channels.
  • Apply basic brand standards for colors, fonts, logo use, tone, and messaging.

Requirements

  • Studying business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Good eye for details and brand consistency.
  • Clear writing skills and comfort learning new tools.
  • Organized, checklist-friendly, and comfortable asking questions early.
