Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile individual to fill a dual role as a Content Creator. This position plays a key part in developing and executing engaging content strategies for both our company and our clients. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, possesses excellent communication skills, and has a passion for digital content creation.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Implement content strategies for our company and clients.
  • Create engaging and informative content, including blog posts, articles, website copy, social media posts, email newsletters, and marketing materials.
  • Manage social media accounts for our company and clients, including scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and monitoring social media trends.
  • Conduct keyword research and optimize content for search engines (SEO).
  • Collaborate with the team to brainstorm content ideas and campaigns.
  • Proofread and edit content for accuracy and clarity.
  • Analyze content performance and make data-driven adjustments.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest content marketing and social media trends.
  • Create visually appealing graphics and images for social media and other platforms (basic graphic design skills are a plus).

Sales Representative

Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our growing team.  This individual will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and closing deals for our web development services.  The ideal candidate is a driven self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong understanding of the sales process, and a passion for technology and helping businesses succeed online.   

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify potential clients through various lead generation methods (e.g., networking, cold calling, online research).
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations, showcasing the value of our web development services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.  
  • Prepare and deliver proposals and contracts.
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and track progress using CRM software.
  • Collaborate with the content team to develop effective marketing materials and campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.

Systems Specialist

Description

We're looking for a Systems Specialist to join our team, focusing on the deployment, management, and maintenance of our LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP) stack. This role involves working with both physical hardware and containerized environments, as well as with major cloud platforms. You'll be responsible for ensuring the reliability, performance, and security of our systems.

Responsibilities

  • Deploy, configure, and maintain LAMP-based applications and services across on-premise hardware and cloud environments (AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure).

  • Manage and monitor servers, both physical and virtualized (VMs, containers).

  • Optimize database performance, including query tuning and indexing.

  • Implement and maintain security best practices, including managing user access within Google Workspace.

  • Develop and maintain scripts for automation of routine tasks.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve system and application issues.

  • Participate in on-call rotation for critical incidents.

  • Document system configurations and procedures.

Requirements

  • Expertise in the LAMP stack, including Linux system administration, Apache web server configuration, MySQL database management, and PHP runtime environments.

  • Experience with server hardware and virtualization technologies.

  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Understanding of containerization using Docker.

  • Demonstrated experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure).

  • Strong scripting skills in Bash or Python.

  • Experience with Git for version control.

  • Familiarity with administering Google Workspace user accounts and services.
